Business Meeting/Lunch
The annual business meeting will be after our marching rehearsal on Saturday and will be held at the San Jacinto Room in the new San Jacinto Residence Hall overlooking Clark Field. If you plan on attending the meeting you also have the option to purchase a box lunch. During the meeting, we will report on the past yearly activity for LHAB and the Charitable Fund, award Longhorn Band scholarship recipients and recognize those members who have been contributing to the success of our organization. There will also be information about plans for the upcoming year and a few other fun items as well. 
The business meeting is not required but is highly encouraged for all members so that you know exactly what is going on in the association you are supporting. You do not have to order lunch to attend the meeting but seats will only be available for those who have ordered lunch. There is an option on the registration form as well as other information for you to provide if you would like to purchase a lunch and reserved seat for the business meeting.
