Checking In
For those who have registered, checking-in on Friday night or Saturday morning should be simple. Just look for the check-in area that will be along the windows in the main hallway outside the Band Hall. The stations will be broken up alphabetically by last name. Once you find your station, you can pick up your packet which will have your name tags, tickets to check out vests, meal tickets if you purchased them, tickets to check out instruments or flags if you rented them and any guest football game tickets you purchased.
If for any reason we had a problem processing your registration form, there will be a notation on your check-in packet and you will have to take it to the problem table to resolve the issue and obtain your materials. This would most likely only be in the event that your registration form was incomplete in some way, there was an invalid payment amount, or we encountered some other problem processing your payment.
It is recommended that you pick up your own check-in packet. If you send someone else to check in for you, they will have to sign out for your packet and will be responsible for getting it to you. Once you are checked in, you can join the rehearsal in the Band Hall where we will practice music to be performed at the game and provide more detailed information for Saturday activities.
