Meal Options
This year, two different opportunities for lunch will be provided. If you plan to attend the business meeting and would like to also have lunch there, you can order a boxed lunch. This includes a sandwich (ham, turkey or pimento cheese), chips, fresh whole fruit, cookie and bottled water or soft drink (Coke, Diet Coke, or Sprite). The box lunch option provides you with lunch and also a reserved seat at the business meeting and is $10. If you would like this lunch option, please indicate amount, sandwich choice, drink choice and any other special dietary concerns on the registration form. The Department of Food and Housing will work to accommodate any special dietary requests as best as possible.
You also have the option of purchasing barbecue as provided by Longhorn Band and Kappa Kappa Psi that will be served in the Band Hall by the Bertha Doors after our combined rehearsal. The price for the barbecue is $7 and includes sides and a drink. You may purchase either, both or none of these options. Simply indicate your desired number for each on the registration form.
