They are hosting an alumni reunion on August 6-7, 2010 at the Texas Exes Alumni Center.

They would like us to play on Friday, August 6th. They would like us to play at 5:00 pm for about 20 minutes as the people enter the Alumni Center. They will then be serving drinks and dinner and would like for the band could join them after we play.

We have just received word that Band Day for 2010 has been set for October 23rd against Iowa State. We will not likely know the game time until a few weeks before the game but we do know we should have a good game against an improving conference foe in Iowa State. This fun-filled evening includes open bar (wine & beer), Silent Auction, and viewing of exotic wildlife. Dinner will be catered by Pok-E-Jos BBQ complimented with Bud Light Beer and Wines. It's sure to be a lot of fun!

Ideally, it would be best to have your group there on the early side, so we can get you all through the food line before the guests. If you would prefer to eat after playing...we also have that option? The best time for all to arrive would be between 6 and 6:30 if it easy to unload instruments. There is plenty of parking, along with an easy access drive to drop off and pick up at the venue. They would like us to play for 20-30 minutes between 7:45- 8:15.
