Alumni Band Weekend Registrants:
We are excited that so many of you are joining us for Band Day 2014! Please note, that if you did not select and pay the $10 instrument rental fee then we will not have an instrument for you to rent. We have a limited number of each instrument and will be verifying that you paid before issuing instruments. Please make arrangements to bring your own instrument to Band Day 2014.
Thanks for your understanding and Hook ‘Em!
This is just a friendly reminder that children over the age of 2 are required by Athletics to have a ticket to enter the stadium. Please abide by their policy.
At the Indoor Practice Facility (IPF aka..Bubble) it’s imperative that we respect Athletics facility and their equipment. While we welcome the vibrant energy and enthusiasm of children, they are to be closely monitored by an adult not participating in rehearsal. Please find a friend or babysitter for this task. We appreciate your help with this matter as guests of the Athletic department.
Lastly, for the safety of your child and others, children and non-LHAB members are NOT allowed to march in the ranks. We will have an LHAB officer and other adults assigned to walk this group of kids on the sidewalks near the band. Each child must have their ticket in hand as they will use a different entrance from LHAB. Your children will be escorted to our section of the stadium.
Thanks for your understand and making this a fun day for all ages,
Mr. DiNino always held a special place in his heart for LHAB. As was his wish, he wanted LHAB to a part of his memorial.
No uniform is required, just bring your instrument, play your heart out, and honor Mr. D!
The U-Hauls will be there as well with the rented instruments. (All instruments will be returned by 2 pm.)
The reception begins at 12 pm. Our performance will take place after a short presentation in honor of Mr. D from Alpha Phi Omega and the Texas Cowboys. Mr. D’s favorite jazz band will perform acoustically until the end of the reception.
If you have any questions, please contact George Moxley at email@example.com.

2. Before leaving the music table, please check to make sure that all of the music you need is in the folder you chose. If not, return the folder and grab a different folder.
3. Play your chops off.
4. After the game, turn in your music in the choir room on the marked table. If you must leave early, please ask a friend to turn in your music folder. Please do not leave your music in the stands at the stadium.
